Post Configuration & Pay Scale The recruitment encompasses two specific middle-management level roles with distinct remuneration packages. Pay scale shall not be a constraint for deserving candidates. 3. Eligibility, Age Limit & Qualification All eligibility criteria will be reckoned as of 01.05.2026. Submission of a Domicile certificate of Maharashtra State is compulsory for all applicants. Age Limit For Both Posts: Minimum 45 years to Maximum 62 years. For the Managers (Contract) post, retired candidates or those who have resigned and have adequate experience may also apply. Educational Qualifications & Certifications Post Name Required Academic Degree Mandatory Certification Specialized Branch Managers Graduate or Equivalent from any recognized University in any discipline with minimum II Class. Must have passed JAIIB examination. Managers (Contract) Graduate degree or equivalent from a recognized University in any discipline with minimum II Class. Must have passed CAIIB examination. Language Proficiency: Candidates should be proficient in Marathi, English, and Hindi languages (Spoken & Written). 4. Mandatory Work Experience Only experienced banking professionals operating at senior or middle management levels are eligible to apply. 1. Specialized Branch Managers Total experience in the Banking sector should be at least 5 years as a Branch Manager at the Officer level. Experience must be from a Commercial Bank, District Central Co-op. Bank, or Urban Bank. 2. Managers (Contract) Total experience in the Banking sector should be at least 10 to 12 years at a senior / middle management level. Experience must be from a Commercial Bank, District Central Co-op. Bank, or Urban Bank. 5. Terms of Contract & Service Bonds For Managers (Contract) Duration: First appointment will be for 1 Year. After assessing the performance, the term will be extended maximum for 5 Years. Notice Period: One month’s notice or payment of one month’s fixed component of compensation in lieu of notice is required for termination. Leaves: 12 days Casual Leave in a year and 15 days Privilege Leave in a calendar year. Status: The engagement shall not be construed as permanent employment in the Bank; provisions of PF/Gratuity/Pension etc. are not applicable. For Specialized Branch Managers (Regular) Probation: Appointed on probation for a period of 06 months before confirmation. Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute an undertaking on Rs.500/- stamp paper to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 5 years. Breach of this undertaking requires payment of liquidated damages of Rs. 10.00 Lakh. Surety: Must execute a surety bond for Rs. 1,00,000/- each from two income tax payees as sureties. 6.
