Mandatory Work Experience Only experienced banking professionals operating at senior or middle management levels are eligible to apply. 1. Specialized Branch Managers Total experience in the Banking sector should be at least 5 years as a Branch Manager at the Officer level. Experience must be from a Commercial Bank, District Central Co-op. Bank, or Urban Bank. 2. Managers (Contract) Total experience in the Banking sector should be at least 10 to 12 years at a senior / middle management level. Experience must be from a Commercial Bank, District Central Co-op. Bank, or Urban Bank. 5. Terms of Contract & Service Bonds For Managers (Contract) Duration: First appointment will be for 1 Year. After assessing the performance, the term will be extended maximum for 5 Years. Notice Period: One month’s notice or payment of one month’s fixed component of compensation in lieu of notice is required for termination. Leaves: 12 days Casual Leave in a year and 15 days Privilege Leave in a calendar year. Status: The engagement shall not be construed as permanent employment in the Bank; provisions of PF/Gratuity/Pension etc. are not applicable. For Specialized Branch Managers (Regular) Probation: Appointed on probation for a period of 06 months before confirmation. Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute an undertaking on Rs.500/- stamp paper to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 5 years. Breach of this undertaking requires payment of liquidated damages of Rs. 10.00 Lakh. Surety: Must execute a surety bond for Rs. 1,00,000/- each from two income tax payees as sureties. 6.
