Educational Qualification & Pay Scale Core Eligibility Eligibility parameters including Educational Qualifications, NET/Ph.D status, teaching experience, and publications are governed exclusively by the norms of UGC, NCTE, NCISM, and the Statutes/Ordinances of CSU. For Assistant Professor (Level-10): Master’s Degree in a relevant subject with minimum 55% marks AND clearance of NET/SLET/SET OR a valid Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC regulations. For Associate Professor (Level-13A): A good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned disciplines, a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks, and a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in teaching/research with required publications.
