- Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering from a recognized University. Having an MBA qualification will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 22 years of post-qualification executive experience, which must include at least 15 years in Material Management / Supply Chain Management. Furthermore, out of the 22 years, a minimum of 10 years of experience must be specifically within the Power/Energy sector. Candidates boasting global exposure will be highly preferred.

Post B: Senior Executive (Green Chemical)
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering from a recognized University.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 22 years of post-qualification executive experience. Out of this, a minimum of 15 years must be in the design and development, project planning, and execution of ammonia and/or methanol plants or other related Green Chemical Projects.
- Upper Age Limit: 55 Years.
Post C: Executive (Regulatory Affairs - Nuclear)
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering from a recognized University. An MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience (including any training period) within nuclear power projects. Out of this, at least 10 years of experience must be in dealing with regulatory bodies, preparing regulatory documents, coordinating with the AERB, replying to queries, and obtaining regulatory clearances for Nuclear Power Projects.
- Upper Age Limit: 50 Years.
Post D: Executive (Engineering - Nuclear)
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. An MBA is an added advantage.
