Ed EdCIL Multi-Disciplinary Staff Recruitment 2026

1. Important Dates & Deadlines

Candidates must note the crucial dates regarding this recruitment process. The cut-off date for calculating age limits and mandatory experience is strictly 30th April 2026.

2. Post-Wise Vacancy & Salary

The recruitment aims to fill 879 vacancies across 8 different specialized profiles. The upper age limit for all posts is 45 Years.

3. Detailed Eligibility & Exact Qualifications

All qualifications must be obtained from Government-recognized institutions only. Candidates with prior relevant experience will be given an added advantage across all profiles.

Mandatory Common Requirements

• Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
• Computer Skills: All candidates must possess an excellent working knowledge of computers (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint) and strong presentation skills.

Post-Specific Educational Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy with valid registration/license to practice in India.
• Physiotherapist: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy with valid professional registration/license.
• Psychologist: M.A/ M.Sc in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling/Developmental Psychology preferred) with experience in psychological assessments.
• Speech Therapist: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology. Mandatory valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Proficiency in Telugu and English is required. Experience with children with Autism is preferred.
• Clinical Psychologist: Post Graduation in Clinical Psychology recognized by RCI with mandatory valid RCI registration. Proficiency in Telugu is an added advantage.
• Special Educator (Secondary Level): Must possess an RCI recognized qualification with a valid CRR number. Acceptable degrees: Bachelor's + B.Ed. (Special Education) OR Bachelor's + B.Ed. (General) with 1-year Diploma in Autism/Intellectual Disability OR Bachelor's + B.Ed. (General) with D.Ed. in Autism/Intellectual Disability. AND Qualified AP TET (Paper-2B is mandatory) or CTET in Special Education.
• Special Educator (Primary Level): Intermediate (10+2) with a two-year Diploma in Special Education (Autism/Intellectual Disability) recognized by RCI with a valid CRR number. AND Qualified AP TET (Paper-1B is mandatory) or CTET in Special Education.
• PMU Consultant: Ph.D./M.Phil in Clinical Psychology/Psychology/Special Education. Expertise in report writing and strong communication skills are mandatory.

4. Application Fee

There are no application fees required to be paid by any candidate applying for the aforesaid posts. The application process is completely free.

5. Selection Process & General Instructions

• Selection Method: Initial screening and shortlisting will be strictly based on the details and documents provided in the online application. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview on a prescribed date and time.
• Waitlist Policy: A waiting list of candidates will be prepared. If a selected candidate fails to join or a consequential vacancy occurs, suitable candidates from the waiting list will be offered the opportunity.
• Document Verification: Documents proving Qualifications, Age, Experience, etc., must be produced in original when called for the Interview.
• Contractual Nature: The engagement is purely contractual. It does not vest any right to claim regular engagement or permanent absorption in EdCIL. Extensions are contingent upon the needs of the PM SHRI project and the individual's performance.
• Communication: Interview letters and correspondence will be sent ONLY to the shortlisted candidates via the e-mail provided in their online form.
