4. Salary, Pay Scale & Probation Details
NICL offers an attractive pay scale and financial security for clerical positions:

- Total Gross Emoluments: Approximately ₹ 53,000/- per month initially in a Metro city (allowances may vary according to place of posting).
- Additional Benefits: Domiciliary Medical Benefit, Group Mediclaim Membership for Hospitalization, Leave Travel Subsidy, and Staff Welfare Schemes.
- Probation Period: Newly appointed employees will be on probation for a minimum period of 6 months. Resignation or termination during probation attracts a liability to repay all salary drawn plus ₹ 25,000/- towards partial training cost.
