- Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
- Valid Mining Sirdarship Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS under Coal Mines Regulation 2017 (or Overman Certificate of Competency if holding a Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering).

B. Surveyor T&S Gr. B (Mining)
- Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized Board OR Degree/Diploma in Mining / Mine Surveying Engineering from a recognized institute.

8. Multi-Stage Selection Process & Exam Pattern
