Special Note for Previously Applied Candidates: Candidates who had applied and paid the fee under the previous notification dated 06.04.2026 must re-submit their applications online using their old registration number. They are not required to pay the fee again. Failure to re-submit will result in rejection of the application.

3. Essential Qualifications & Age Limits
Essential Educational Qualifications
- Manager / First Division Assistant (FDA): Must have passed a Degree from any recognized university established by law in India. Must possess the ability to read, write, and speak Kannada fluently. Must have computer operation knowledge.
- Second Division Assistant (SDA): Must have passed 2nd PUC or equivalent qualification from a recognized Pre-University Board. Must possess the ability to read, write, and speak Kannada fluently. Must have computer operation knowledge.
- Vehicle Driver: Must have passed SSLC with Kannada as one of the subjects. Must possess a valid driving license.
- Junior Servant (Attender): Must have passed SSLC with Kannada as one of the subjects.
Age Limit (As on 30 June 2026)
The minimum age requirement for all candidates is 18 years. The maximum age limits are as follows:

- OBC (2A, 2B, 3A, 3B): Up to 38 Years

The application fee must be paid exclusively through online modes (Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Google Pay) before 11:59 PM on 30.06.2026. Payment via DD/Postal Order/Money Order is not accepted.

5. Selection Methodology
Selection for all posts will be based on a Written Examination followed by an Interview (Ratio 1:5).
- FDA & SDA Posts: Written Exam of 200 Marks (Duration: 2 Hours). Subjects include Kannada (50), General English (25), General Knowledge (25), Cooperation (50), Constitution of India (25), and Banking/Social Activities (25).
- Driver & Attender Posts: Written Exam of 100 Marks (Duration: 1 Hour). Subjects include Kannada (50) and General Knowledge (50).
- Final Merit List: Calculated by converting Written Exam marks to 85% and adding Interview marks (Maximum 15 marks).
- The question paper will be objective type (Multiple Choice Questions) and bilingual (Kannada & English), except for language papers.
