1. Important Dates and Schedule

Candidates must complete the entire online application process, including fee payment, strictly within the specified dates to ensure successful submission.

2. Post-Wise Vacancy Breakdown

There are a total of 62 vacancies divided between Graduate Engineering (23 posts) and Management/MBA (39 posts).

3. Educational Qualifications

Candidates must secure a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (60% for SC/ST/PwBD) in their qualifying examination. Distance learning or part-time degrees are NOT eligible.

Human Resource Management

• Minimum 60% in a 3-year full-time Graduation degree.
• Minimum 60% in a 2-year full-time Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) strictly with a specialization in Human Resource Management or Personnel Management.

Administration

• Minimum 60% in a 3-year full-time Graduation degree.
• Minimum 60% in a 2-year full-time Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) with a specialization in Hotel and Hospitality Management / Facilities Management.
• OR: Minimum 60% in B-Tech in Civil Engineering AND Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) in any discipline.

4. Age Limit Constraints

The upper age limit is calculated strictly as of 09th June 2026. Candidates seeking age relaxation must produce valid category certificates.

• Minimum Age: 21 Years.
• Maximum Age (General/UR): 28 Years.
• Maximum Age (OBC Non-Creamy Layer): 31 Years.
• PwBD Relaxations: The upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years for PwBD candidates, subject to holding a valid disability certificate indicating not less than 40% relevant disability.

5. Pay Scale and Allowances

Candidates will first be engaged as trainees and then subsequently absorbed into the regular payroll of the Bank.

• Training Phase: Candidates will be placed in the E1 pay scale of Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000/- at a Basic Pay of Rs. 40,000/-.
• Allowances: During training, candidates are entitled to DA (IDA pattern), HRA, Perks & Allowances under the Cafeteria Approach, and Medical Facilities.
• Absorption: Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be confirmed in the E-1 grade with one additional increment.
• Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a personal bond for Rs. 3 Lakhs to serve the Bank for 1 year as a Trainee and a minimum of 5 years as a permanent employee.

7. Selection Process and Exam Pattern

The selection procedure comprises a Written Examination followed by a Personal Interview.

• Written Examination: A 2-hour 30-minute subjective test focusing on Professional Knowledge (100 Marks). It includes Subject Matter knowledge (40 marks) and Attempting 6 out of 8 questions (60 marks).
• Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted based on the written test will be called for an interview.
• Final Merit List: The final selection will be based on the aggregate marks of the Written Examination (70% weightage) and the Personal Interview (30% weightage).
