  • Allowances: Officials are eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Contributory Pension Fund (NPS), LFC, Medical Facility, Lease rental facility, and other perquisites.
  • Bond: Selected candidates must execute a Bond for a value of ₹ 2.00 Lacs to serve the Bank for a minimum period of three years.
