A. Age Limits (Born Between)

Candidates must fall precisely within the strict date of birth brackets specified by the Indian Navy. Both dates are inclusive.

• For Executive Branch (GS-X / Hydro Cadre): Born between 02 Jul 2002 and 01 Jan 2008.
• For Pilot / Observer / ATC Branches: Born between 02 Jul 2003 and 01 Jul 2008.

B. Educational Qualifications

• General Service / Hydro / Pilot / Observer: A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
• Air Traffic Controller (ATC): BE/B.Tech with 60% aggregate marks AND 60% aggregate marks in Class X and XII with a minimum of 60% in English.
• Technical Branch: BE/B.Tech in specific core engineering streams (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, etc.) with 60% marks.
• Note: Candidates in the final year of their engineering degree are also eligible to apply, provided they can furnish proof of scoring minimum 60% marks up to the 5th/7th semester (as applicable) at the time of the SSB interview.

• SSB Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview. The SSB process is a comprehensive 5-day evaluation consisting of Intelligence Tests, Psychological Tests, Group Testing Officer (GTO) Tasks, and a Personal Interview.
