3. Essential Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill strict service conditions and educational parameters to apply for deputation.
I. Service Condition Eligibility
- Persons holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR
- Candidates currently working in Level-6 in the pay matrix with 3 years' regular service.
II. Educational Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (with Personnel/Finance specialization) of two years' duration from a recognized university or AICTE-approved institution; OR
- Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management / Finance of two years' duration from a recognized university or AICTE-approved institution.
III. Maximum Age Limit
- The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of the receipt of applications.
4. Terms & Conditions of Deputation
The deputation operates under standard Government of India frameworks.
- Period of Deputation: Initial period of two (02) years, extendable for another one (01) year at the discretion of BIS.
