The organization is embarking on a major hiring drive to recruit dynamic professionals as regular permanent employees across various specialized domains including IT, Legal, HR, Accounts, Risk Compliance, and Operations (SI & CKYCR).
A total of 16 vacancies are available across executive levels ranging from Assistant Manager (E-0) to Deputy General Manager (E-5). 4. Age Limit, Experience & Qualifications
All qualifications and experiences are strictly calculated as of the crucial date: 30 April 2026. Only full-time work experience is considered.
Age Limits (UR Category)
- DGM & AGM Posts: Up to 45 Years.
- Chief Manager & Senior Manager Posts: Up to 40 Years.
- Manager & Assistant Manager Posts: Up to 35 Years.
- Age Relaxation: 3 Years for OBC (NCL), 5 Years for SC/ST, and up to 15 years for PwBD as per GoI rules (applicable only against reserved posts).
Key Educational & Experience Requirements (Highlights)
- DGM (Operations): Graduation (Min 50%) + 13 years experience in commercial banks/PSUs in business operations/logistics.
- AGM (IT/BUDS): BCA/MCA/B.Tech (Min 50%) + 11 years experience in software dev/IT support.
- AGM (Legal): LLB (Min 50%) + 11 years experience in legal research/corporate law. Full-time LL.M is desirable.
- Chief Manager (Risk): Graduate in Finance/Stats (Min 50%) WITH MBA/M.Tech/CA/CMA/CS + 8 years experience in Risk Management.
- Managers (E-1): Relevant Bachelor's Degree (Min 50%) + 3 to 5 years experience depending on the specific post (Accounts, Cyber Security, Branch working).
- Asst. Manager (PA to MD): Graduation + Hands-on experience working as PA to MD/GM.
5. Application Fee & Refund Rules
Candidates are required to pay the application fee online through the payment gateway during the registration process.
- General / OBC / EWS: ₹ 1000/-
- SC / ST / PwBDs: ₹ 500/-
- Refund Policy: The ₹ 500/- fee paid by SC/ST/PwBDs is refundable (deducting bank charges) strictly subject to their actual appearance and participation in the written examination. Absent candidates forfeit the fee.
6. Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern
The selection relies on an online examination and interview for most posts.
- Online Examination: A 120-minute objective test for 150 Marks (except for DGM).

- Professional Knowledge (25 Qs, 50 Marks)
- English (25 Qs, 25 Marks) - Qualifying in nature (Min 50%); not counted for aggregate merit.
- Negative Marking: 1/4th of the mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Exceptions:
- DGM (Operations) [Post 1]: No written test. Selection via Group Discussion and/or Interview.
- Asst. Manager (PA to MD) [Post 16]: Written test (qualifying with 40% marks) followed by a Skill Test and Interview.
- Interview: Carries 100 Marks. Minimum qualifying mark is 50% for General category. Candidates up to 6 times the vacancies will be called based on written test scores.
7. Probation & Service Agreement Bond
CERSAI makes substantial investments in the recruitment and training of its employees. Therefore, strict retention parameters are applied.
- Probation: Appointed candidates will serve a minimum probation period of 24 months.
- Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a service agreement to serve the organization for three years along with a financial bond of ₹ 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) at the time of joining.

- Document Preparation: Prepare scanned copies of your passport photograph (4.5x3.5cm, 20-50kb), signature in black ink (10-20kb), left thumb impression (20-50kb), and a handwritten declaration (50-100kb).
- Handwritten Declaration: Must be written in English with black ink: "I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
- Live Photo Capture: During registration, candidates must capture a live photo via webcam or scan a QR code using a mobile phone. Caps, dark glasses, and masks are prohibited.
