Selection & Shortlisting Process

6. Security Deposit & Key Terms

Candidates selected for deployment must adhere to specific financial and operational terms enforced by ICSIL.

• Security Deduction: Fifteen (15) days of salary will be deducted from the selected candidate as a security deposit. This deduction will happen in two parts: 50% in the first month and 50% in the second month.
• Refund of Security: This security deposit shall be refunded to the candidate with applicable savings bank interest after they complete their contractual liabilities and obtain a "No Dues certificate" from the client department.
• Deployment Nature: Engagement is purely temporary/contractual for a fixed period or until regular incumbents join. It does not guarantee regular appointment.
• Work Conditions: Deployed personnel may be required to work in shift(s) or on a rotational basis as per the hospital's requirements. No extra conveyance will be paid.
