3. Educational Qualifications & Experience
All educational qualifications must be acquired full-time from a recognized University or Educational Institution.
Key Post Requirements:
- Senior Dialysis Technician: Diploma / BSc / MSc in Medical or Renal Dialysis Technology. Requires 5 to 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience depending on the degree tier.
- Dialysis Technician: Certificate / Diploma / BSc / MSc in Dialysis Technology. Requires 2 to 7 years of relevant experience based on the qualification.
- Staff Nurse: GNM with minimum 3 years experience OR BSc Nursing with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- QA Coordinator - Dialysis: MSBTE approved Diploma/BSc/MSc in Dialysis Technology. Experience requirement ranges from 1 to 6 years in a QA department within a Dialysis Centre.
- Lab Technician / Jr. Lab Technician: DMLT / BSc (MLT) / PGDMLT / MSc (MLT) with 1 to 5 years of experience in a medium-sized lab.
- IT Officer: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, MBA (IT), or BE/B.Tech/MCA with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Account Assistant: B.Com / M.Com with minimum 2 years of experience.
4. Age Limit Criteria
- The maximum age limit for all candidates is 37 years as on the cut-off date.
- Crucial Cut-off Date: 01 June 2026.
- Age relaxations are applicable for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and PwD candidates strictly as per Government of India rules.
5. Selection Procedure & Test Pattern
The selection methodology varies slightly depending on the position applied for.
- For Technical & Nursing Posts: The process comprises a Skill Test followed by a Written Test. Only candidates who successfully qualify the Skill Test will be permitted to sit for the Written Test.
- For IT Officer & Account Assistant: The selection will be based entirely on a Written Test.
- Written Test Pattern: The exam will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) carrying a maximum of 50 marks. The duration of the test is 30 minutes. Notably, there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
