3. Technical Eligibility & Pay Scale Parameters

  • For Assistant Manager (Inspection): Candidates must be working in, or retired from, a CDA pay scale at Pay Level 10 (₹ 56,100 - 1,77,500) or Level 9 (₹ 53,100 - 1,67,800) under the 7th CPC, or an IDA pay scale of ₹ 50,000 - 1,60,000. A minimum of 03 years of experience at the Gazetted/Executive level is mandatory.

4. Salary Structure & Emoluments

The contract is initially valid for a fixed tenure of one year, extendable based on performance and corporate needs. The monthly consolidated salary package structured for outstation offices is as follows:

  • Manager (Inspection): Receives a fixed consolidated salary of ₹ 1,06,300/- per month.
  • Assistant Manager (Inspection): Receives a fixed consolidated salary of ₹ 82,700/- per month.
  • Note: Additional benefits are administered in terms of the extant company policies of DMRC. The salary is determined by the last substantive grade and capped at the advertised post maximum.
