Educational Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in a Full-time B.E/B.Tech / M.Tech / M.E / M.C.A degree.
• The degree must be in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication from a recognized university or institute.
• Candidates who completed their degree through correspondence, part-time, or distance learning are not eligible.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding industry certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, CCNA, ISO 27001 LA/LI, or CompTIA Security+.

Experience Requirement

• A minimum of one year of experience in Information Security functions within a scheduled commercial bank, an All India Financial Institution, or any other reputed organization is required.

Age Limit (As on 01 May 2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age (General): 28 Years
• Maximum Age (OBC-NCL): 31 Years
• Age relaxation applies for Ex-Servicemen (5 years) and PwBD candidates (10 years) as per GoI guidelines.

4. Salary Structure & Bond Details

Selected candidates will be offered an excellent compensation package and career growth trajectory within the bank.

• Pay Scale: ₹ 48480-2000-62480-2340-67160-2680-85920.
• Current CTC: Approximately ₹ 18 Lakh per annum at the beginning of the scale. This includes various allowances, perquisites, residential accommodation/leased housing, and loan facilities.
• Personal Bond: Selected candidates will be required to execute a personal bond of ₹ 3 Lakhs to serve the bank for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of joining.

6. Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The selection process comprises two main stages: a Written Test followed by a Personal Interview.

• Written Test: The test will consist of objective-type professional knowledge questions in Information Technology and Cyber Security.
• Exam Pattern: 100 questions carrying maximum 100 marks. The total time allotted is 2 hours 30 minutes.
• Test Centers: The exam will be held in Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for a Personal Interview, which will take place in Mumbai or New Delhi.
• Final Selection: The final merit list will be drawn based on the written test score (70% weightage) and interview score (30% weightage).
