• For General Manager & DGM/JGM (Maintenance/QA/QC/Tunnel): Candidates must strictly hold a B.E or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
• For Deputy General Manager (Civil-Safety): Candidates must be a Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Additionally, they must possess a minimum one-year full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution.

4. Age Limit Criteria

Age evaluations are calculated strictly as of the notification date: 16th May 2026. The maximum age depends upon the type of engagement (Contract, Deputation, or Post-superannuation).

• General Manager: Maximum 57 years (Contract), 58 years (Deputation), and 62 years (Post-superannuation).
• For JGM / Sr. DGM / DGM roles: Age limits vary proportionally to the grade, with absolute maximum caps set around 62 years for superannuated experts.

5. Pay Scale and Salary Structure

The appointed officers will be compensated under highly lucrative revised IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) scales.

• General Manager: Revised IDA scale of ₹1,20,000 - ₹2,80,000/- (Approximate CTC: ₹3.5 Lacs per month).
• Joint General Manager (JGM): Revised IDA scale of ₹90,000 - ₹2,40,000/- (Approximate CTC: ₹2.6 Lacs per month).
• Sr. Deputy General Manager (Sr. DGM): Revised IDA scale of ₹80,000 - ₹2,20,000/- (Approximate CTC: ₹2.4 Lacs per month).
• Deputy General Manager (DGM): Revised IDA scale of ₹70,000 - ₹2,00,000/- (Approximate CTC: ₹2.1 Lacs per month).
