4. Salary, Pay Scale & Allowances

Selected candidates will be appointed in Level 4 of Pay Matrix with an initial minimum basic pay of ₹ 25,500/- per month.

  • Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA) as per government rules.
  • Perks & Benefits: Governed by the National Pension System (NPS). Additional benefits include medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidized canteen, quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel Concession (LTC), Group Insurance, and House Building Advance.

5. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifications & Age Limit)

A. Educational Qualifications & Experience

For Assistant / Upper Division Clerk (Post Nos. 1, 3 & 5):

  • Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale from a recognized University.
  • Graduation must have been completed within the minimum stipulated course duration.
  • AND Proficiency in the use of Computers.

For Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer (Post Nos. 2, 4 & 6):

  • Graduation with minimum 60% marks / 6.32 CGPA OR Diploma in Commercial / Secretarial Practice with minimum 60% marks / 6.32 CGPA.
  • One-year experience as Steno-Typist / Stenographer.
  • A minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English Stenography.
  • AND Proficiency in the use of Computers.

B. Age Limit (As on 16.08.2026)

  • General / Unreserved: Upper age limit is 28 years.
  • OBC Candidates: Upper age limit is 31 years.
  • SC / ST Candidates: Upper age limit is 33 years.
  • Relaxations apply for Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Govt Employees, Sportspersons, Widows, and Divorced women as per Central Govt orders.
