Senior Consultant in Transportation Planning

  • Age Threshold: Maximum 50 Years.
  • Academic: Full-time Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Planning AND a Post-Graduate Degree in Transportation Planning / Infrastructure Planning (or equivalent AICTE/UGC approved qualification).
  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in transportation planning, specifically execution of consultancy assignments. Experience in government/public sectors, NUTP guidelines, and transport software is preferred.

Senior Consultant / Consultant in Environment Planning

  • Age Threshold: Maximum 50 Years.
  • Academic: Full-time Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Planning AND a Post-Graduate Degree in Environment Planning or equivalent AICTE/UGC approved qualification.
  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification professional experience focused exclusively on environmental planning, management, or sustainable urban development with hands-on experience in GIS Analysis (Slope, Hydrology, water body buffering). Knowledge of Indian environmental laws is preferred.

GIS Expert

  • Age Threshold: Maximum 45 Years.
  • Academic: Minimum M.Sc. in Geoinformatics / GIS / Remote Sensing OR M.Tech in Geoinformatics / GIS / Remote Sensing.
  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum 06 years of post-qualification professional experience in GIS. Experience in Smart Cities/AMRUT/Master Planning projects, Web GIS, Enterprise RDBMS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), Python (ArcPy), and Spatial/Network Analyst is preferred.

GIS Analyst

  • Age Threshold: Maximum 40 Years.
  • Academic: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Geoinformatics / GIS OR a Bachelor's degree in Geography / Civil Engineering / Planning along with a Diploma or Certification in GIS / Remote Sensing.
  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in GIS. Experience focused on core GIS digitization, database management, AutoCAD integration, ArcGIS Pro, and PostGIS is preferred.

Every assigned consultant plays an instrumental role in shaping the territorial infrastructure proposals for the region.

  • Transportation Planning: Suggesting transport and communication network hierarchies, developing town-level mobility maps, reviewing public transport frameworks, creating prioritised implementation and funding strategies, and facilitating stakeholder consults.
  • Environment Planning: Aligning land use strategies with legal regulations and climate objectives, mapping ecological features (lakes, rivers, forest layers), defining scientifically valid Hill Top Hill Slope (HTHS) areas, and proposing regional sewage/waste management utility sites.
  • GIS Expert: Designing overall GIS database standards and governance strategies, integrating diverse multi-sector datasets, managing aerial imagery change-detection, executing advanced spatial modelling, and providing quality assurance for all GIS assets.
  • GIS Analyst: Collecting, georeferencing, cleaning, and standardising spatial parameters across departments, executing baseline topological digitisation, resolving missing attribute fields, processing GPS data, and providing active analytical support.
