2. Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

3. Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
All eligibility criteria regarding age, qualifications, and experience will be reckoned as of 01 June 2026. Note: Maharashtra State Domicile is mandatory for all candidates, and they must have passed Matriculation with Marathi as a subject.
1. Trainee Junior Officer
- Education: Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks. (Preference to those with Law Degree, JAIIB/CAIIB, MSCIT, or Treasury experience).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of banking experience, preferably in an Urban/DCC Bank as an Officer.
- Age Limit: 23 to 35 Years (Born between 01.06.1991 and 01.06.2003).
2. Trainee Associate
- Education: Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks. Proficiency in computer applications is required.
- Experience: Not mandatory (Preference given to Co-operative Interns in StCB/DCC Banks).
- Age Limit: 21 to 32 Years (Born between 01.06.1994 and 01.06.2005).
3. Trainee Typist
- Education: Graduate in any discipline. Must possess Govt. Commercial Certificate in Marathi Typing (30 w.p.m) and English Typing (40 w.p.m).
- Experience: Not mandatory (Preference for candidates with DTP Operator experience).
- Age Limit: 21 to 28 Years (Born between 01.06.1998 and 01.06.2005).
4. Trainee Driver
- Education: SSC (Matriculation) passed and must hold a valid LMV license.
- Experience: Not mandatory.
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years (Born between 01.06.1996 and 01.06.2008). (5 years relaxation for children of MSC Bank employees).

5. Screening & Selection Procedure
The selection process involves an objective-type online examination conducted by IBPS, followed by interviews or skill tests.
- Online Examination: The exam pattern varies by post (General Awareness, Reasoning, English, Numerical Ability, and Professional Knowledge). Negative marking is applicable (1/4 mark for 5-option questions, 1/3 mark for 4-option questions). Candidates must score a minimum of 50% to qualify for the next stage.
- Skill Test / Interview: Shortlisted candidates for Jr. Officer and Associate posts will face a Personal Interview. Typist candidates will undergo a Typing Skill Test. Driver candidates will undergo a Driving Test / Interview.
- Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a service bond of Rs. 10 Lakhs (with Rs. 1 Lakh surety from two individuals) committing to serve the bank for a minimum of 4 years.
