3. Detailed Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
Age Limit (As on 06.07.2026)
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- Minimum Age: 21 Years.
- Maximum Age: 30 Years.
Post-Wise Essential Educational Qualifications
All educational qualifications must have been obtained from a recognized institution in India or abroad. Work experience in the relevant domain is highly desirable.
- Cyber Security / AI / Quantum Tech Roles: Postgraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification in Cyber Security / Information Security / Computer Science / IT / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence / Quantum Computing / Physics. Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH are preferred for cyber roles.
- Policy Analytics / Data Analysis: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in CS/IT OR a Master's degree in Statistics / Data Science / Economics / Econometrics / Mathematics / Finance. Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel is crucial.
- Climate Change Risk & Sustainable Finance: Master's degree in Climate Change Studies / Environmental Science / Climate Finance / Sustainability Studies / Economics / Public Policy. FRM, SCR, ESG-related certifications are desirable.
- Payment Ecosystems: Post-Graduate degree in Economics / Statistics / Finance / Commerce / Public Policy OR B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech OR Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Policy and Research (DEPR): Masters degree or PhD in Economics, with at least one course paper in Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics. Having authored at least one paper in a reputed journal is highly desirable.
4. Stipend, Tenure & Terms of Engagement
- Fixed Monthly Stipend: A highly attractive fixed stipend of ₹ 1,50,000/- per month (subject to applicable tax deductions) will be paid for the entire duration of the engagement. YPs will not be eligible for any other allowances or separation benefits.
- Contract Tenure: The initial tenure is for three years. This is extendable based on mutual agreement and performance, for a total period not exceeding five years.
- Nature of Engagement: Purely on a full-time contract basis. It does not constitute a regular job or establish an employer-employee relationship with the Bank.
- Location & Accommodation: The place of engagement is strictly Mumbai. The Bank will NOT provide any residential accommodation to the YP.
- Leave Policy: Eligible for 15 days of leave in a calendar year, accrued on a completed month basis.

- Preliminary Shortlisting: Selection will be conducted through an initial preliminary screening/shortlisting of email applications by a dedicated screening committee. The Bank reserves the right to limit the number of candidates called for the interview.
- Document Verification & Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be issued an Interview Call Letter via email. Candidature is subject to physical document verification.
- Reserve List: A reserve list of suitable candidates will be maintained, remaining valid for a duration of one year from the date of publication.
