3. Age Limit & Relaxations

5. Terms of Engagement & Service Agreement
- Contract Duration: The engagement is initially for a period of 03 (three) years, extendable based on project requirements and performance.
- Service Agreement: Selected candidates must execute a Service Agreement for a period of one year. Failure to complete this period renders the candidate liable to pay an amount equivalent to three months' gross salary.
- Resignation Rules: A mandatory notice period of three months is required prior to resignation from RailTel.
- Selection Scheme: The selection process consists of a personal interview followed by a strict medical examination by a designated RailTel medical authority.
