Note: Statutory deductions on account of EPF (Employees' share), Income Tax, Professional Tax, etc. shall be made from the Monthly Remuneration. The Employer share to the EPF will also be part of the negotiated CTC.
3. Educational Qualification & Experience
Candidates must possess the requisite length of post-qualification experience as measured up to the date of the interview.
Age Limit
The applicant must be up to 62 years of age as on 12 June 2026.
Educational Qualification
- Candidate must be a Graduate in Civil Engineering.
- Only full-time courses from a recognized university/deemed university/autonomous institutes approved by AICTE/UGC will be considered.
Post-Qualification Experience
- Total Experience: Minimum total experience of 15 years.
- Specific Domain Experience: Out of the 15 years, a minimum of 05 years must be as an in-charge in a tunnel project within Railway / DFCCIL / Metro / RRTS / Highway Expressways.
- Only experience gained after obtaining the minimum educational qualification will be taken into consideration.
4. Contract Tenure & Service Agreement
- Duration: The engagement is on a contract basis initially for a period of 03 years, which is extendable further based on project requirements and candidate performance.
- Notice Period: A one-month advance notice shall be required from either side for the termination of the contract.
- Service Bond: Selected candidates shall be required to execute a Service Bond equivalent to two months' consolidated remuneration to serve RVNL for a minimum period of one year.

- Walk-In Interview: Suitable candidates will be selected based on their performance, eligibility, and experience demonstrated during the personal interview.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates must be physically and medically fit. Selected candidates will have to undergo a medical examination as per RVNL policy at their own cost before joining.
- Debarment Condition: Candidates must give an undertaking at the time of the interview that if they refuse to join after the offer of appointment is issued, they will be debarred from participating in any future assignments in RVNL.
