3. Educational Qualification & Experience

Applicants must fit the specific academic benchmarks and have the required domain experience.

1. Course Associate

  • Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience working in similar roles, preferably for Education Institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience of using Ed-Tech tools and applications.
  • Desired Skills: High level of oral and written proficiency in Hindi and English. Extensive experience of managing online courses on an LMS platform (like TISSx). Familiarity with Zoom and similar applications.

2. CTLT School Facilitator

  • Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience working in similar roles, preferably for Education Institutions.
  • Desired Skills: Good written and verbal skills (English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi). Knowledge in computational thinking and collaborative applications (like Google Sheets).

3. Senior School Facilitator / Intern

  • Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience working in similar roles, preferably for Education Institutions.
  • Desired Skills: Experience in using Robotic kits, Scratch application, and other Ed-Tech tools. Knowledge in computational thinking and ability to work collaboratively.

4. Research Assistant

  • Qualification: Post graduate degree in Education, Social Sciences, Statistics, or equivalent from recognized institutions.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of first-hand experience in conducting research and publishing.
  • Desired Skills: Good understanding and working experience of SPSS and other statistical softwares for quantitative/qualitative analysis. Experience in field observation, data collection, and working with teachers and students.

4. Core Roles & Responsibilities

Brief operational workflows expected from the selected candidates:

  • Course Associate: Manage the online run of the certificate course in Hindi on the TISSx platform. Co-facilitate orientation sessions, respond to discussion forums, manage Telegram community groups, and grade assignments.
  • CTLT School Facilitator: Daily visit of MCGM schools (from 8 AM). Facilitate technology-enabled lesson plan implementation and computational thinking activities with upper primary and secondary students. Collect consent forms and conduct baseline/endline surveys.
  • Senior School Facilitator: Daily visit of MCGM schools (8 AM to 4 PM). Provide handholding support in lesson planning to teachers, facilitate Inter-School LeaP-Quest activities, and support Teacher Professional Development (TPD) activities.
  • Research Assistant: Co-design tools for data collection, conduct interviews with students and teachers in M-ward schools, document and report weekly progress, and analyze quantitative/qualitative data.
