Selection Process & Exam Pattern The evaluation comprises two main parts: an Examination (Part-I) and an Evaluation of Service Records (Part-II). Part-II: Evaluation of Record of Service (100 Marks) 100 marks are earmarked for the evaluation of the record of service (APARs). Only candidates who secure the aggregate qualifying marks in Part-I (Paper-I + Paper-II) will be considered for Part-II evaluation. Tie-Breaking Resolution If two or more candidates secure equal aggregate marks, ties will be resolved by applying: (1) Marks obtained in Paper-II, (2) Marks obtained in part (b) of Paper-I, (3) Date of birth (older candidates placed higher), and (4) Alphabetical order of names. 5.
