The evaluation comprises two main parts: an Examination (Part-I) and an Evaluation of Service Records (Part-II).

- Negative Marking: There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I (CBE).

Part-II: Evaluation of Record of Service (100 Marks)

If two or more candidates secure equal aggregate marks, ties will be resolved by applying: (1) Marks obtained in Paper-II, (2) Marks obtained in part (b) of Paper-I, (3) Date of birth (older candidates placed higher), and (4) Alphabetical order of names.
5. Step-by-Step Application Protocol
Applying for this LDCE involves both online registration and offline forwarding of the application through the proper channel.
- One-Time Registration (OTR): Visit the new SSC website (ssc.gov.in). Create a new OTR using Aadhaar-Based Authentication. Old OTRs from ssc.nic.in are invalid and will not work.
