The apprentices are not considered employees of the Bank. Duration: The On-the-Job training will last for a strict duration of exactly 1 year (12 months). Monthly Stipend: Apprentices will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month during the engagement. Allowances: Apprentices are NOT eligible for any other allowances, housing, or benefits. Furthermore, this training guarantees no permanent employment in SBI after completion. Weightage in Future Recruitment: Apprentices successfully completing their training may be given weightage/relaxation in future recruitment for Junior Associates in SBI, subject to the Bank’s amended recruitment policies. 6.
