Post 1: Executive Engineer Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology from a recognized Indian university. Post 2: Additional Executive Engineer Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology. Deputation Tenure & Service Benefits Initial Tenure: The selected officers will be engaged purely on a contractual deputation basis for an initial fixed term of 3 years. Extensions: The tenure may be extended systematically on a yearly basis depending upon the solar project milestones and organizational requirements of MSAPL. Pay Protection: The officers appointed at MSAPL will have their core pay protected as per the standard state deputation frameworks. Repatriation Notice: If an appointed candidate seeks premature repatriation to their parent organization before the completion of the assigned contract, a mandatory one month’s notice or salary payment in lieu thereof is required, subject to administrative approval.
