Educational and Experience Criteria All qualifications must be obtained from recognized Universities/Institutions as on 01.05.2026. The required post-qualification experience must be strictly within the relevant domain. A. Educational Qualifications Mining: Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering. (For E4, First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate is mandatory). Engineering (Mech/Elec/Civil/Sys): B.E / B.Tech or equivalent in the respective engineering domain. Finance: Passed Final Examination of ICAI (CA) or ICMAI (CMA). HR: Bachelor’s Degree with MBA/PG Degree in Personnel Management/Social Work. Medical (M&HS): MBBS with PG Diploma / MD / MS / DNB. B. Post Qualification Experience E-2 Grade: Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience (2 Years for Medical candidates). E-3 Grade: Minimum 6 Years of relevant experience (5 Years for Medical candidates). E-4 Grade: Minimum 9 Years of relevant experience (8 Years for Medical candidates). Pay Scale, Salary, and Bond The executives will be placed under the highly attractive IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) pay structure governing Central Public Sector Enterprises. E-2 Grade: Scale of Pay is Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-. (Approx. Max CTC: 55.07 Lacs p.a. for Mining roles). E-3 Grade: Scale of Pay is Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/-. (Approx.
