• Superintendent (Legal): Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. Requires 2 years of core legal experience working as an officer in State Judicial Services, a State Legal Department, a Central Government servant handling legal affairs, or an Advocate at the Bar.
• Deputy Assistant Director & Entomologist Profiles: Master’s Degree in Zoology with Entomology, or a specialized Master's degree in Public Health Entomology. Requires 3 years of hands-on research or vector control teaching experience.
• Junior Scientific Officer (Toxicology): Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, or Forensic Science (with Chemistry as a continuous subject across all 3 years of B.Sc. level). Requires 3 years of active analytical research work in Toxicology.

B. Specialist Medical Sub-Cadres (Scale III Assistant Professors)

• Educational Mandate: A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule, Second Schedule, or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Must also possess a designated Post-Graduate degree/DM/MCh/DNB in the specific specialty.
• Experience Criteria: A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience working as a Senior Resident, Tutor, Demonstrator, Registrar, Assistant Professor, or Lecturer within a recognized teaching medical institution after attaining the post-graduate specialty degree.
