All educational qualifications, work experience, and age criteria are calculated as on 01.08.2026. Standard upper age relaxations apply (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10 years for PwBD candidates).
1. Manager - Branch Management (Generalist Scale II) - 100 Posts
- Age Limit: 23 to 33 Years.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Officer in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank or Scheduled Private Sector Bank, with at least 2 years in Branch Banking. Experience as a Scale I Branch Head will be preferred.
2. Manager - IT (Scale II) - 65 Posts
- Age Limit: 25 to 35 Years.
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (CS, IT, ECE, E&I) OR MCA OR M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification IT experience, including at least 3 years in Banking / BFSI environment across specialized domains (Full Stack, OS, Network, Cloud, DevOps, Database, etc.).
3. Manager - Information Security & IS Audit (Scale II) - 10 Posts
- Age Limit: 22 to 32 Years.
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in CS, IT, ECE, Cyber Security, or Information Security (or MCA for IS Audit).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in security testing, VAPT, code review, or IS audit in Banking/BFSI.
- Certifications: Mandatory CISA / CISSP / ISO 27001 LA / OSCP for IS Audit; relevant security certifications (e.g., CEH, Security+, OSCP) preferred for Info Security.
4. Senior Manager - IT, Info Security & IS Audit (Scale III) - 15 Posts
- Age Limit: 28 to 38 Years for Senior Manager IT; 25 to 35 Years for IS & IS Audit.
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in relevant engineering/technology streams.
